I'm reading Girls to The Front, a history of the Riot Girl movement. I think it would be a bit dull if you weren't that into Riot Girl music, but I am, so I'm liking it so far. I'm also still partway through a short story collection called Hear Me Roar about women in sci fi and fantasy. I go on holiday for a few days towards the end of the month so I will be taking with me a sci fi novel I've been looking forward to called Sound by Alexandra Duncan. I really enjoyed her book Salvage, and this is the sequel, so hopefully it will live up to my expectations. It's about a Haitian girl who trains as a bioengineer and goes into space on her first voyage in a post climate change world (lots of countries on earth are flooded, and Mumbai is the biggest city on earth).

'This is Gail', about the late Dr Chris O'Brien's wife.
I'm finally about to begin reading book 4 of The Neapolitan series, written by Italian author Elena Ferrante. I also have a few other books on the go, but finding the time to read them all is a bit of a struggle at the moment!
I know the feeling.
