As usual I have a few different books on the go at once. I'm still finishing off two short story collections- Neither Here Nor There by Cat Rambo (fantasy stories, I'm enjoying it a lot) and Difficult Women by Roxane Gay. I'm only a couple of stories into the latter and some of it is a bit intense, but well written.

I'm still reading Caitlin Moran's Moranthology, because it's a huge book of essays and I like to just read one or two at a time.

I'm about to start The Girl Before by J.P Delaney, which looks like an exciting mystery/thriller.
Reading Nicotine by Zink for bookclub - thumbs down from me. Listening to The Magpie Murders by Horowitz in the car, and enjoying that.
Two books; We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves by Karen Joy Fowler (which is clever, kooky and depressing) and A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore (which is clever, kooky and transcendental) and seeing as I'm typing this after the fact, I have to say Christopher Moore won.
