The KD Shindig isn't an easy book to review. Although it is kept short and sweet at just over 150 pages, there is not an awful lot of substance or gripping plot to sink your teeth into.

My time with The KD Shindig didn't get off to a great start. There seemed to be a huge amount of spelling mistakes and errors throughout the book, which is one of my pet hates. I actually struggled to get through the book because of this fact, however I may just be a tad fussy!

I didn't quite understand the plot or where it was heading. It started off with a wedding reception, which then moved to different characters in a television studio and then on another tangent to more characters and their stories.

I felt that if the author kept to a select few characters and developed one storyline, it may have been a much better book.

This book just wasn't for me, and unfortunately that is why my review is quite short.
