Do you churn through books? Or do you only read when on holidays?

How many books, on average, do you read a month?

At the moment, usually only one, sometimes two, and that's with audiobooks which I can listen to while doing housework. There was a time when I would read a novel a week. I hope that time will come again one day.
I love the audio books when driving around in the car - especially if it knocks off a bookclub book that I don't really want to read...
I used to set a goal for myself to read a book within three days, but that was a long tine ago, and now I just read when I feel like it. I don't spend a lot of time reading now, unless it is in between doing things - such as on a bus ride - so it take me a while to get through books. I don't keep tabs on how many I read a month.
I was in 3 book clubs so used to read at least three but at the moment I'm struggling to get through 1....not sure, just lost my mojo...
On average one to two. I'm so busy with other things that it's hard to fit it in, and I don't have the discipline to put a good book down if I'm really into it, so will stay up into the night to read. I can't do that too often or I'd never get anything done.
As a member of my local library, I now read about four books a month. Years ago I had a friend who could read two books at the same time. I used to think this was strange until this year, when I started the same habit - usually non-fiction during daylight hours, and fiction to read in bed.
On average, 2 or 3 books a month, but there are months which go without a single book due to guests from overseas or kids being sick, etc. I like to read, and I am so glad my children are old enough that I have time to read again.
Since childhood I have always consumed books fairly quickly. I usually read 2/3 books a week, especially if there is a good storyline. Since becoming a widow I have become a bit of an insomniac so books fill the sleep chasm very well.

when I finish a book, I start another. I read every day for and hour or 2 and take my book with me when going somewhere just in case I get a chance to read.

NONE, sorry, but a friend read 72 books, in 2016. She also borrows hers from the library, & always takes 1 out with her, when she's going out, 4 times a week, & each evening at home she reads from 11-12.30am & during the day as well.

That's impressive - and organised!
I easily read a few a week, depending on the lengths of course!

But then again, I tend to read a lot of young adult novels (which are considerably quicker to get through). If I'm reading manga, I can get through a few a night (because they're obviously less text-based and don't require as much time to read).

I only really read regularly during my lunch breaks at work (and when I can find time at night), but I am trying to reduce the pile of books that I have waiting for me, so that's a good motivation to get through more!
