With the popularity of Kindle's and e-readers growing, are you using one or do you prefer an old fashioned paperback/hardcover book over the technology of a e-reader?

They've actually stagnated a bit! Sitting at 40-50% of the market in countries, the growth of ebooks has slowed or stopped.

I love my kindle, and kindle app on my iPad. All the content I want, with none of the weight to move around, and none of the choosing which book to take on Holiday.

The format never affects my reading that much.

Yes. Yes I do.
For the true experience of an emotional book, it should be in your hands.
But for studies or factual reading, kindle would be ok.
I have a kindle and I love it. I take it on the train every day and read so many new and different books from authors I cannot access from commercial bookstores.
I also buy paperback books and read them too. I have bookshelves stacked with books but I have to say that I couldn't do without my kindle now that I have tried it. This little device has spoilt me in the most wonderful way.
I do not think that having a kindle has taken the romance out of my reading experience. I think having a 'romantic' reading experience has much more to do with the story and a whole lot less to do with the form that the print comes on.
