Harry Potter author JK Rowling has said that she would "never say never" to writing another book in the Harry Potter universe.

With the story wrapped up so neatly in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows would you be opposed to the idea of another book in the saga?

I agree that The Deathly Hallows wrapped things up nicely, but if there's another one I'll probably read it. I suppose you can't really blame Rowling for giving that cash cow another squeeze.
I agree! I think it would work better if there was a spin-off instead of a "what happened to Harry next" scenario!

I would read another book set in the Harry Potter universe providing it wasn't directly about Harry. I think his story has been concluded and don't want it re-opened. However, there are lots of other characters and situations that could be explored within the world JK Rowling created.
I would prefer it if the editor was a bit more rigorous than for the last few HP novels though - I felt they were being far too reverential to Rowling and left in large quantities of prose that in any other author would have had a big red line through them!
I would read it, but I do not feel the tale is unfinished.
